The All-Pro Experience

A beautiful finished project starts with a better construction experience.

HOW WE WORK

Six Steps. From Your First Idea to the Final Walkthrough.

One team to coordinate the journey—from early planning and professional design through permitting, construction, and the finishing details.

01

Connect & Discover

We begin by discussing your vision, goals, budget expectations, and timeline. Whether you're planning a bathroom remodel or a custom home, we'll help you understand the best path forward.

02

Design & Engineering

For projects requiring architectural plans or structural engineering, we coordinate with our trusted team of professionals to develop a complete set of plans. We arrange quotes for these services and manage the process, keeping everything organized. Already have plans? We can work with those, too.

03

Detailed Estimate & Project Planning

With completed plans and a clearly defined scope, we prepare a detailed construction estimate based on your actual project. We'll review pricing, materials, expectations, and the next steps together.

04

Permitting & Approvals

Our dedicated permitting team manages the process from application preparation and submission through plan review, revisions, and permit approval, coordinating with the appropriate building departments along the way.

05

Construction & Communication

Once construction is underway, we coordinate scheduling, manage specialty trades, and oversee the work. Throughout the project, we prioritize craftsmanship, accountability, and clear communication.

06

Final Walkthrough & Completion

We review the completed project together, address outstanding details, and coordinate the final steps toward project closeout.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions homeowners ask

Will I know the scope before construction begins?

Absolutely. Before construction begins, we clearly define the project scope, materials, selections, and expectations in your proposal and contract. Our goal is to ensure you understand exactly what is included, what to expect throughout the project, and how the work will be completed.

How are changes handled?

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope are identified and presented to you in a written change order outlining the proposed work, associated costs, and any impact on the project schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the change order before that additional work begins. No changes proceed without your authorization.

How do you keep a jobsite organized?

Jobsite protection, staging, trade coordination, cleanup, and communication are planned according to the scope and conditions of each project.

Do all projects require architectural drawings?

No. Drawing, engineering, and permit requirements vary by project and local jurisdiction.
