I told them what I wanted. I was matching a already installed LVP. They found the match, measured and ordered the flooring. Before I actually ordered the flooring went on sale by the manufacturer. I was notified that the savings woukd be passed down to me, the consumer. All of the planks were delivered to me at the on sale price on the day I was promised. We put the floor in ourselves, but they checked in with me along the way to see how things were going and did I need any help. I was impressed that after we installed the flooring they are still just checking in with me. I did check with other flooring companies, I did get this choice correct.
